Apart from offerings of conventional Polycarbonate sheets in Solid, Embossed & Multiwall range of sheets, Tuflite offers Architectural Self Supporting Glazing System a patented system using latest technology in this field. The multicell structure of the panels have been designed with unique jointing systems either with top connectors in polycarbonate or self supporting steel bottom connectors to provide an excellent glazing systems for roofs and walls.

The systems are designed for high wind & live loading capability, water tightness and stability of jointing, with lightness, easy assembly and the external appearance of a continuous surface. These properties make the system particularly well suited to glazing roofs & walls in commercial buildings, industrial roofs & high visibility public infrastructure projects.

The special multicell polycarbonate panels are hooked onto specially designed polycarbonate connectors or steel channels, which firmly lock the panels in place to provide complete water tightness to the system. The choice of either using top connectors in polycarbonate or self-supporting steel bottom channels gives the flexibility to design the translucent roof for any modern building.

Aluminum side channels specially developed for various kinds of roof structures & polycarbonate end caps seals the entire system. The system is designed to avoid any holes /fastening onto the polycarbonate panel which makes them more efficient to external weather conditions, rains, storms & wind pressures.

Extruded from high grade polycarbonate, the glazing panels provide good light transmission and thermal insulation and are practically unbreakable. With an advanced UV resistant surface coating, weather resistance and long life span are guaranteed.
